Booking Policy

  • A deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance payable before the tour begins.
  • Changes to bookings may be accommodated based on availability and are subject to additional charges if applicable.
  • Cancellation policies apply as per the terms outlined at the time of booking.

Payment Policy

  • Payments can be made via bank transfers, credit/debit cards, or other agreed methods.
  • Full payment is required before the start of the tour unless otherwise agreed.
  • Receipts will be issued for all transactions.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made:
    • More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus administrative fees. o 15–30 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost refunded.
    • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
  • Any refunds will be processed within 14 working days.

Privacy Policy

  • Personal information collected during bookings is securely stored and used only for tour-related purposes.
  • We do not share your details with third parties without your consent.

Health & Safety Policy

  • We prioritize the safety of our clients by ensuring all activities adhere to local and international safety standards.
  • Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions before the tour.
  • Travel insurance is recommended for all clients.

Environmental Policy

  • We are committed to sustainable tourism practices to minimize our ecological footprint.
  • Clients are encouraged to follow eco-friendly practices, such as avoiding single-use plastics and respecting local wildlife.

Code of Conduct Policy

  • Respect for local cultures, traditions, and laws is mandatory during all tours.
  • Offensive or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the tour without a refund.

Complaint Policy

  • Any complaints should be reported immediately to our tour guide or representative.
  • We aim to resolve issues promptly and ensure client satisfaction.
